Every Reiki treatment contains these 3 sections.
At the beginning of your Reiki session, we will start with a quick consultation, outlining any health issues you may have. You will fill out a consent/health form with your details and go through what is expected for your Reiki session. If you have any questions or concerns, this is the time to discuss them with me. This will take about 5 minutes.
We have music playing during the Reiki session, which helps to guide you through the healing experience. I usually light a candle or incense before we start to guide your intention. If you prefer to not have any of these in your session, please let me know. I usually do not talk during the Reiki as I am focused on healing each section of your body. But please feel free to let me know if you have any pains, concerns, or questions during the session as this is a safe space, and your comfort and enjoyment are my priority. The time on this section will depend on what kind of treatment you would like to experience.
At the end of the session, I will tap you on the shoulder to let you know we have concluded the Reiki. I will ask you how you feel and we will have a discussion on any blockages/findings. I will make suggestions to continue the healing process at home including what steps you need to follow to complete the energy healing. This generally takes about 5 minutes. Every discussion we have is confidential and private. Any information given by you or shared in this session will not be passed to a third party either intentionally or non-intentionally
7 Chakras Reiki
45 Minute session $66
This session is perfect for you if you want to be immersed in a world of deep relaxation and experience rejuvenation.
I recommend it if you have suffered a long period of sadness and/or physical pain.
Your session will take place in person and with the hands-off method.
You, the patient, will lay down on the massage table covered with a blanket embracing you.
We have air-conditioning, a fan or heater, depending on the season, to use according to your preferences.
The room is big and cosy. You will find pictures of it in the Gallery section of this website.
My hands will hover over your body and each chakra centre, as well as any other areas needed.
This process will take between 2-5 minutes on each chakra depending on what your body requires.
As I mentioned above, the “hands-off method” indicates that no contact is made between us.
However, you may get a sensation of tingling, cold or hot temperatures, as I restore your energy through each chakra.
Distance Reiki
45 minute ONLINE session $66
Many have taken advantage of this method during Covid-19.
This session is great for you if you want to stay at home or if you live far.
This session involves a meditation and healing process conducted over a video call.
The place you have chosen to experience Reiki must be quiet and with no interruptions.
To start the session, I will ask you for your health/consent form that you have previously received.
I will do a scan of your energy centres and we will discuss what are the main two chakras to treat.
These will be the only 2 chakras to be restored on this session, taking around 20 minutes.
Express Reiki
20 minute session $44
This is an ideal fast-paced session if you have a busy schedule or you are looking for targeted pain relief .
Or If you have received reiki recently and you want to keep your energy up, this is the perfect session for you.
Just like the 7 Chakras session, it is a face-to-face and hands-off treatment.
You will lay down on the massage table with a blanket.
At the beginning, I will scan your energy centres.
Once I have completed the scan, I will know what energy centre/chakra to focus our session on and this will be the only chakra energy to be restored during your session.
This will take about 10 mins.
Trio Reiki
3×45 Minute session over three consecutive days $177
This is a recently developed treatment.
I recommend this method when you need a deep energy detox, have suffered, or are currently suffering, from depression or a traumatic event in your life.
On the first day, you will have a 7 Chakras Reiki session.
On the second day, you will experiment with a distance Reiki session and on the third day, you will enjoy a 7 Chakras Reiki session again.
If for any reason you would prefer to have three consecutive days of 7 Chakras Reiki session, I can change it as you request.
If you would like to have 3 distance Reiki on this treatment, I can do that too.
The sessions are very flexible and can be adapted to assist you, based on your needs.
